READY, SET, DANCE!

In this phase of MooreFit, the Steering Committee is providing participants the joy and fitness benefits of varying styles of dance.  You will be introduced to beginning level steps for varying dances all the way to advanced level moves.  The MooreFit member is welcome to bring one guest for each dance.  

MooreFit University will feature class offerings for the individual challenge in six categories: 

  • Ballroom
  • Shag
  • Salsa
  • Line Dance
  • Square Dance
  • Zumba
Earn a FitCertificate and be eligible for individual prizes. Class offerings are listed in this catalog
Individual employees can earn a FitCertificate and graduate from READY, SET, DANCE! by participating in three dance classes. It can be any three classes included in the curriculum. Registration and participation will be tracked via this website. Individuals who participate in at least three classes will be placed into a drawing for prizes at the final event.

How to Participate
Step 1: Employers must first register their company to participate on the website
Step 2: Employees register individually on the website and link to their employer
Step 3: Beginning September 8, individuals can register for classes online and begin to earn their FitCertificate by participating in one READY, SET, DANCE! program.
