Chef Debailleul won Best of Show in the 2009 Moore County Culinary Cup, with awards in best appetizer, best entrée and best presentation (by judges panel) and overall Best of Show (by attendees).

·         Assisted in the development of healthy living programs with Wellspring, a national company that develops successful weight loss programs through healthy eating habits and exercise. (featured on ABC’s Nightline)

He has  multicultural background – from France to the West Indes, Arizona to Texas – brings a wealth of knowledge in healthy cooking techniques

He has a passion for local foods and local produce – evident by the new menus resortwide that feature local sweet potatoes, chicken and local poultry, fish and more.
